PJTMseries shield-insulation tube busbar is used for the circuit connectionbetween the transformer and the switchgear, suitable for the area which haslarge current and covers less space in the harsh conditions. This productconforms to the IEEE C37.23, GB/T 8349 and other standards at home and abroad.
Product Features
1. The high-quality T2Y hollow cooper pipe is used as the conductor. Itis with high corona inception voltage, uniform current density and electricityfield distribution, low skin effect, less power loss of the bus duct, highmechanical strength, and strong vibration resistance against the electricity.
2. The bus duct adopts the PTFE as the main insulation material, with cooper shieldnet inside and high polymer insulation sheath outside. It presents manyadvantages in the terms of high insulation, high dielectric strength, lessdielectric loss, superior performance of aging resistance and flame retardance.
3. The bending radius is smaller than the normal cable and rectangular bus duct, so itcould be installed in the space-starved area, such as the cable interlayer,cable shaft and cable trench, etc.
4. Each phase is the enclosed insulation shield without condensation generation inside.And it can run reliably for eliminating outside moisture, dust, earthingtrouble and phase fault because of outside objects.
5. The bus duct is simple in the structure, clear in the layout and easy to install. Whenone-stop installation is finished, it is maintenance-free for the life-longtime.
