DQV-12/24/40.5 series vacuum circuitbreakers are 12kV、24kV、40.5kV 3-phase AC 50HZ indoor breakersdesigned as protection and control unit for equipment used in power networks as well as industrial and mining enterprises. It is quite suitable for frequent-operation and harsh circumstances. Main feature of this product isthat vacuum extinction chamber and conductive parts are sealed to be embeddedpoles by epoxy resin with double APG process that solid insulation of maincircuit can be realized.
Features:
1. Adopt modulardesigned spring operating mechanism which include opening module and closing module and owns the features of simple structure, few parts, convenient maintenance, quick replacement and short power failure maintenance time.Besides, the most advanced surface treatment process and lubrication technologyare applied to improve the products’ corrosion resistance and reliability.
2. Primary circuit adopts embedded poles whichapplied solid insulation technology. The embedded poles adopt advanced APG process from Germany and Switzerland. The arc extinction chamber and otherparts in primary circuit are sealed in imported epoxy resin forming the mainconducting module.
3. Primary circuitadopts ultralow-resistance vacuum arc extinction chamber and high conductivityelectric parts to reduce heat productivity and thorough solving problems in heat dissipation of embedded poles.
4. Employ of embedded poles simplified assembly and adjustment segment so that damage to vacuum arc extinctionchamber during assembly and looseness of connecting bolt caused by vibration duringoperation can be reduced thus reliability of electric connection of maincircuit can be guaranteed.
5. Epoxyresin poles owns the property of high aging resistance, high temperature resistance and good low-temperature performance, which thoroughly avoid thesecond generation air insulated vacuum circuit breaker’ disadvantage that the outer surface of arc extinction chamber is liable to damages from surroundingenvironment (like dust, humidity, condensation, impingement, etc). It has strong adaptability toenvironment so that reliability is improved and the embedded poles are totally maintenancefree.
